What if I just need one resource and don't need a team?
That is fine, we have a number of small companies or even sole professionals in accounting, law that leverage us for 1 resource. These can be as simple as a virtual assistant or as unique as 7 to 10 years of tax accounting experience.
What sort of skill sets are available?
The most common roles we fill frequently are: accounting, AR/AP clerks, Virtual Assistants, business analysts, process or project resources, data entry, office product creators, video editors, Quality Assurance, content or creative resources.
How much can I expect to save?
Conservatively 1/3 the cost to you....Aggressively 1/5 the cost to you of the equivalent resource in North America. Keep in mind if you don't need decent English-speaking ability and looking for a very basic data entry role, it could push that ratio even farther but that is not usually what we are known for as our model is closer to a recruiter for a middle-level role.
How long does it take to source talent?
Our average placement from role fulfill request to chosen resources are usually under 2 business weeks. This involves finding ample qualified candidates for the role you are looking for with the background you requested. It then involves pulling resumes, interviewing the candidates, and narrowing our pool of resources down to the best for you to final interview with. When you choose a cultural and qualified fit, we set you up with a mutual start date and a short-term contract with the Statement of Work, start date, and the rate. This entire process is usually 2 to 3 weeks start to finish. Our clients tell us that our capable and responsive sourcing is one of their favorite reasons to use our services.
What hours do they work?
The hours you want them to work. If you have a particular set of hours you want them to work, it helps to declare that when you set up the role. In many cases, it makes sense for the onboarding first 30 days to be identical hours to the hours their manager works. After they are trained and operating in their core function, it is typical to adjust the hours for a hybrid overlap with a certain amount of hours overlap and some independent work hours. Some of our clients have created competitive advantages by having work tackles while you sleep. Some of our clients leverage teams of resources with us who provide 24/7 or around the clock services for their customers and we are able to help with that if that is a need for your organization.
What if I need a resource with specialized skill sets or experience?
We have served as a more unique recruiter on many of our placements such as: Salesforce CRM background with both transportation and energy experience, Accountant with 7+ years of accounting who knows tax savings techniques, loan underwriters with Commercial Real Estate background in the Multifamily space, video editor with experience to run server rooms worth of video processing GPU power, are all roles we have successfully placed.
Is there someone who will coach me on the process?
Having 25+ years of experience leveraging teams around the world has led to some Do's and Don'ts, and we will plan to give you an informal quick up study to help you interview through cultural differences, guide you on how to onboard our talented resources, and set you up with a default ongoing strategy to maintain a healthy working relationship.
